Leaders who laugh
One morning this week I woke to an unusual sound…not the birds chirping outside, not the shower running and not even my kids arguing. In fact, it was my kids but instead of their usual start-of-the-day antics, they woke me with their laughter.

Last month I clocked five years leading my own business. Kind of hard to believe…and I could have let it slip by just like any other month, but it was fortuitous that I’d planned to take a couple of days out to reflect and plan for the new financial year.
