HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Two ways to partner at Board level.
Some CEOs use one. Some use both.
1.Strategic Alignment Workshops
A facilitated session - usually a half or full day - with you, your Board (or Board Chair) and, where relevant, your Executive Leadership Team.
The purpose: get everyone on the same page about what matters most. Strategy review and alignment, revisiting the organisation’s vision and mission, clarity on direction and priorities so you and your Exec team can go ahead and translate into fit-for-purpose operational plans and engage your people to deliver.
Bespoke and built around what your organisation is actually facing - not a generic strategy template.
Best for: alignment, strategy refresh, one-off reset.
2.Advisory Board Membership
An ongoing partnership where I join your Advisory Board on a fixed-term retainer, bringing my experience and expertise to provide independent, objective advice to you as CEO - focused on the success metrics that matter most.
I operate in an advisory (non-fiduciary) capacity - actively supporting decision-making, accountability and long-term value creation, without holding the legal duties of a governance Board Director.
A deliberate role: the benefits of experienced, independent counsel, without the constraints of a governance appointment.
Best for: ongoing, embedded independent counsel.
